We have an on-going and current requirement for transcription into English of short (30 second) audio responses to telephone broadcast surveys. The length of the audio file will vary from a few words to the full 30 seconds. The quantities currently are small but expected to increase in 2010, The languages involved and monthly totals for the last two months are: Cantonese 10 15 Mandarin 10 21 Japanese 3 2 Korean 24 31 Vietnamese 13 26 Polish 2 2 Tagalog 0 0 (we expect very few because Filipinos generally speak English) Russian (To begin shortly) Audio files will be delivered four times daily to an FTP site (except Sunday and certain holidays) . Delivery of translated English files to be returned within five days. Note - quantities may be accumulated for a maximum of five days to meet the schedule. I have attached the procedure involved. We request a price quotation for each file delivered. Thank you for your information.

Japanese>English translation/transcription If you need both the Japanese original transcription AND the English translation, it is $12 per file. However, if you need only the English translation, it is $7 per file. If a file exceeds 30 seconds in duration, it will be counted as two files. Thank you for your consideration.
