This is a Cyber Physical Machine Tool Project, its objective is to create a dual twin of a physical CNC machine that can assist the user in any way (preferably in the machine tool) Create a cyber-physical machine of a turning/horizontal lathe CNC machine Software: NX 11, SINUMERIK 808D What i need is the modelling and the simulation of CNC machine. example: [login to view URL] I only need turning, i do not need milling (simply this way) Simulation of Tool life will also be needed (SINUMERIK? or NX has the function?)

Hello, I can create CNC machine on machine bulder application of NX11. I will need the basic dimensions of machine and its information of its axis movements, and can create the virtual machine, which will on running the g code programme will simulate(move) same as the physical machine would do. Is that what you are looking for or something else, please let me know. As you need just Turning machine, otherwise can do for 3 & 5 axis machines too. Thanks
