Good day, I am looking for someone to help design the below: 2 Storey commercial/retail building. 30 - 40 units (each between 20m2 and 70m2) A mix of these would also be great - leaning heavily on the smaller units. Assume we have at least 4000m2 of open land to build on with at least 60% coverage Please also design where parking would be. The land is a free stand.
