Design product for infrared optics, design and make injection moulds, first run of 100 units

Hi have a simple product I need re-designed the plastic/optical housing for and manufactured. My budget is low, but the successful bidder will most likely be chosen as the mass volume manufacturer. NDA is required for CAD files of current design (which is incomplete, part of the job is to finish the design). The housing consists of at least 3 parts, possibly more depending on the design. The top/lid is a hollow part, like a frosted own upside down. Will probably be made by frosted white ABS or PC. Size: 140mm diameter, height=65mm The bottom part is an infrared optical part that must use a plastic such as 1146-0 or some other plastic that is transparent to near-infrared light but looks black to the human eye. Size: diameter 120mm, height 25mm. The mould may need to have lenses in order to cut light from below the horizon. The centre part is a cover for the electronic circuit board. It has cutouts for two AA batteries and 3 LEDs and an antenna, and it should serve to hold the parts together. The top part should be easy to remove by twisting counter-clockwise about 20-30 degrees. This is to allow the user to replace batteries. I desire a mold to be made for each part plus a first set of production for these parts with a quantity of 100 units each.
