Tester for Windows GSM modem software required.(repost)

I am looking for Testers for Windows GSM modem based SMS software. You will need to have a cellphone or GSM modem that can be connected to a PC as a COM port device (you can check this under Windows Device Manager) in order to conduct the test. - We will reimburse any costs incurred while testing (up to a certain amount). - Payment will be made for each bug (functionality or programming), exception, memory leak found. We will provide memory leak/exception capture software that will create a trace whenever one is encountered. - You will need to record the bugs found in a Word doc, with screen captures and brief descriptions. - We will also pay for suggestions for improvements in functionality that we will adopt. Programming experience is not compulsory, although some windows coding experience would be an advantage. As long as you are precise and timely in your reports, you will get an Excellent rating. If you are interested, please submit the phone/device which you will be using, and your programming and software testing experience (if any), and your Windows platform. Details (software download link) will be provided to selected coders. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform windows
