Responsibilities: Identify and reach out to potential clients, including shippers and manufacturers, in the USA market who require freight brokerage services. Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions for their transportation needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the contract period. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, including pricing and terms of service. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient and effective execution of logistics operations. Generate regular reports on sales activities and performance metrics. Requirements: Proven experience as a freight broker or sales manager in the logistics industry. Called calling shippers and manufacturers to move their freights In-depth knowledge of the freight brokerage industry and its practices. Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Ability to work independently and remotely, staying motivated and focused. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools. Availability to work flexible hours. Compensation: We pay $200 for every single signed contract from your converted lead that you will find and prospect (Converted lead is when a customer signs the Agreement and moves the first freight with our company). As a Sales Logistics Specialist, you will have the opportunity to earn as much as you want.
