Online sales assistant

Hi We are looking for an individual to work from home as the sales assistant on our hair care brands website. We need someone who has an understanding of hair products, and ideally also has knowledge of hair and scalp. You would need to have excellent written English, so to the customer they think they are talk with someone in our office in London. You would man the pop up chat application on our website. We have great products but often people need a little reassurance before agreeing to purchase, or indeed need to know which is right for them. We have 8 products only in total, 4 means and 4 womens. You will need to learn the products and some information about hairloss and scalp problems (like Dandruff), then be able to elequently 'sell' to them, without them knowing thats whatshappening. We need someone to work say 3 days a week to start with, as this is a trial to see if it can lead to more conversation, and its only when someone is on the website and needs help, its not full time. Theres maybe 60 visitors a day, maybe a 1/4 would want to talk. This would be a very basic PLUS a % of all sales you generate, lets say 5%, and an average sale is £40.
