I have had advanced training in Organizational Behavior and have done my doctoral dissertation in Management on “Organizational effectiveness in the implementation of Renewable Energy Programme. I have undergone training and have experience in application of Systems Methodologies for societal sector analysis. My experience in Management Consultancy focused on infrastructure, developing programmes, energy water, PPP. I was the programme manager for major consulting assignments on organizational transformation as well as a Government Online Centre project for the Government of Mauritius. I have handled training programs on systems thinking, managing fixed price consulting and IT assignments in government sector, and conflict management, consulting practice, energy management, project management.
