We're looking for a professional technical writer to write an English user manual for a web based software. The software includes about 100+ screens/Reports. For each screen/report the manual will include: 1. screenshot of the screen/report 2. short description of the screen 3. all possible operations available in the screen and their descriptions. Candidates must have experience, therefore please attach an example of your work (i.e. formerly created user manual for a software). Further Requirements: - basic tech know-how - Good english, good grammar. - Approximate length will be 100-200 pages - Additionally to office-word document (doc type), user manual will be put (by you) directly into html documents, along with screenshots of the software, etc. So, knowledge of general html is also needed. The software is a ID Card/Vehicle Registration tool. I will provide you with the outline, a login for the software and some other related articles. I'm willing to pay max $400 for this project

I don't know that I can put it into HTML, but I am willing to research doing so. I have written several manuals for Microsoft apps; I forwarded a sample via PMB. I am proficient using at least Intermediate-level Microsoft Office apps (thru the current 2010) and have trained staffs to use those programs. Have trained on using Windows XP and Windows 7 operating systems as well.
