Simple joomla Coding custom menu Highlight button

Im looking for someome to do a simple coding job. basically the template we are using is [login to view URL] The last button on the top menu says donate. we need that button to be highlighed as red and always stay hightlighted we will be adding and removing menus up top but that one will always be there We want it so that either one of two thing happens it always stays in the right corner or it flex's/adjust if a menu is added or removed. shoudl be a simple job would do it myslef but working on other things. Attached is a sample. Im not looking to get a module installed im looking to get this hard coded in. this need to be done asap and the budget is no more than $40 dollars should only take 5 hours max.
