As a Property Manager, you will handle administrative tasks and ensure excellent client services for our partners on Booking.com. Responsibilities: - Review and correct property information for accuracy. - Advertise properties on [login to view URL] and maintain an updated calendar. - Efficiently manage accounts by responding to inquiries, accepting bookings, and communicating availability to guests. - Maintain a high acceptance rate and forward guest information to supervisors. This Customer Support Specialist position sounds interesting and I believe that my skills and experience are a great match for the role requirements. I have experience in a very similar role, having been engaged to resolve availability and data synchronization issues between a resort, its channel manager, and the major OTAs, including Booking.com. My actions resulted in a 100% increase in occupancy availability being advertised through online platforms. With 30% of this increase related to high value units, resulting in a total potential revenue increase of >150%. This led to an expansion of responsibilities to include maintaining and strengthening relationships with business partners and other stakeholders. I would also become the first point of contact for all potential guest queries, providing them with information on the locale, confirming reservations and providing details on transport options. Eventually, I would have a hand in all operations that did not require a physical presence at the resort. Although my most recent position has been IT related, all of my career roles have required drawing upon the soft skills that underpin being able to successfully build rapport and the ability to communicate effectively. I am working as property manager last 5 years so we are handling the all property related issue in given TAT( 5-15 Minute). I am also a technical background so we are handle technical issue as well. So if you want to taking the better result in given project please awarded to us.
