Back Office / Admin Module Developer Needed for Website

We currently have a flash program under development and are in need of a software developer to construct the admin portion of the site. Portions of this are also utilized for marketing and will need a commission based calculator as part of the equation. An outline will be provided once the project is awarded. Characteristics would include log in/out, new accounts, modify accounts, assigning work orders, grabbing work orders, job status, payment system, (Pay Pal), job tracking etc. A complete work flow from ordering to completion. Final product, once ordered and completed will be in the form of a PDF for easy upload by the client. Mathematical skills would be good as well as excel spreadsheet knowledge since our data will be given to you in that form. The website will be flash and is currently being bid on freelancer.
