We are looking for a senior RoR web developer who's experienced with a broad range of Technologies and had lead web development of products from team building stage and designing the architecture to highly scalable production-grade product. We are looking for an ongoing relationship that will include building a team that you will lead. Experience: -Web Development - 3 Yrs. -Web Development Tech Lead - 1 Yr. -RoR - 2 Yrs. -SQL(Not through ORM) - 1 Yrs. -MongoDB/Elastic Search or any equivalent BigData Solution - 1 Yr. -Client Side(JS,HTML,CSS) - 1 Yr. -BI/ETL Development - 1 Yr. Personal traits: -Problem Solver. -Detail Oriented. -Hard working and dedicated. -Highly available and communicative. -Good business understanding.
