Special E-commerce/CART Programming Needed

We have an e-commerce website and we need special programming for the follow: 1. Method to make our affiliate program (selling other company's products) integrated into a shopping cart system where sales from our affiliate programs can be shown and checked out via OUR page. Ie: All product catalog items for sale from our affiliate (that we choose/only tech based products)show up in our site, like our own store, and collect in what seems to be our cart, but consumer is actually purchasing from our affiliate. 2. Integrate option in our site as a third party Coupon Redeeming System. Must be able to track, via UPC or some method, vouchers to be processed and information sent to issuing manufactuaer/company through our site. This option must also charge a slight fee for processing, as a percent of coupon value, much like a [login to view URL] Purchase. - Programmer Must be affiliated with a team/company and/or be established with positive review on this site. - NDA and project agreements shall be signed. - Must have Yahoo Instant Messenger or MSN Messenger. Preferrably both. - Must guarantee work, with refund policy, and be negotiable on upfront fees and terms.
