I have many years of experience with software development on many different platforms (Windows, Linux, Android, ...) but my main language is C# and I also have experience with COM component usage and development. I have not yet used the unity sdk and skype APIs before but I would love to learn that. This means I would have a learning curve that I would of course NOT charge you! I would only charge productive hours invested in delivering the functionality required. I am only working part time as a freelancer and my typical work times would be in the evening CEST which I assume fits for good communication during the New Zealand morning hours. In case you would be interested in my offer it would be great if you could provide more backgrounds.
