Scraper system addon - promo email management and sending tool

We run multiple promo actions for products that do not perform well, especially our feedback rate is low. Once we select the product, we assign it manually to our freelancer who:

1) searches the orders in the past for selected item

2) contacts buyers with the special promo discount if they will send us unbiased review

3) He usually searches orders in the past 7 days and keeps doing that for the next 5 days, depends on the product.

4) The message is specific for the SKU, so message template function would be needed.

We would like to replace that with automation system that would be able:

- Contact customers whos orders had the selected product in the (x) days and will keep doing that for the (y) days

- Will display us how many emails have been send so far with this promo so we can kill the promo if we reached some number

(Alternatively, another possibility would be to specify the number

of emails to be send and the days in the past we want to include)

- Will manage multiple promotions at the same time. We usually do this kind of promotion for 10-15 products at the same time.

- The promo email sending can be done at the end/beginning of the day, no need to check it out during the day

- The system needs to prevent sending multiple emails to the same customer. It is ok to contact customer with our standard email and one promo email though.

It should be based on the current OrderGrabber we have on VPS.
