Need Skinned vb6 Window Resize

Have visual basic skinned form. Have setup screen coordinates to trap location of mouse for mouse down, mouse move and mouse up for resizing skinned window. Would like a better way because this is used on two forms and with mouse over one while over the other they both register as the window having focus and the minimize maximize and close change colors on both even though one of the forms is not on top and with focus.. basically i have two options and they are to resize without screen coordinates or using screen coordinates of x and y there is only a few that are working and the rest must be completed such as left and top and of course corners. we have only one corner working which is the bottom right corner.
