Database with grouping and output of spreadsheet as in Acces Needed Immediately

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed using SQL. Database that has a function for the belo information... This is a $500 group where you’re gifted $4000 monthly. The group isn’t a rapid fire group therefore individual want a spot just ask and you can get as many spots as you want. Week 1 you gift Week 2 you wait Week 3 you wait Week 4 you get gifted Then the next week you gift the same person $500 again and 3 weeks later you get gifted again. You will always gift the same person & always get gifted by the same people. It's not required to bring people in with you but its recommended. Q: What is my username? A: Your username is your telegram name or you may have put another name ex @JaneDoe57, please ensure to add a First and Last name to your profile. (Telegram name: Jane Doe Username: @JaneD) Q: When do I gift? A: Once you have filled out the document, you will be placed in a subgroup. If you requested during the weekend, you will begin being placed the following Monday. Please keep in mind, the admins have all week to place you in your subgroup so DO NOT be alarmed if you aren’t placed by Monday or Tuesday. If there is a problem, the admin will comment in the group or tag you in the main chat. Please check throughout the day Q: When will I receive my Blessing? A: Example. Joe fills out google doc requesting a spot on 6 September for a 4 October blessing. Joe will gift his $500 during the week of 7 September. Once Joe blesses his group, there is nothing further for Joe to do. He will receive his blessing during the week of 4 October. Sounds simple, IT IS! Do not make the process complicated. Q: I gifted two spots, do I pay an admin fee for both spots? A: Yes, there is an admin fee of $100 (per spot) You are more than welcome to bless more as they are doing a phenomenal job! Q: When do I regift? A: You have until the following Thursday to regift for your spots but it is encouraged to regift as soon as you’re blessed as well as gift the admin fee! Q: How much do I actually pocket? A: Example: Mary gifts for one spot ($500). Mary is blessed with $4000. She immediately regifts $500 as well as gifts her admin fee ($100) Mary walks away with $3400 that becomes residual EVERY MONTH! Q: I want to get spots for my cousin but she doesn’t have telegram. A: Please fill out the form and input their name. In parentheses put your name. This will notify the admins that you are sponsoring that person. You have now become responsible to ensure gifting in their name. You will be added to the subgroup and instructed to gift for that individual. Jane Doe (Mary Thomas). Q: How long do I have to gift? A: The admins understand everyone is in different time zones. Once placed in a sub group, the point is to gift within a reasonable timeframe. You will not be penalized if you haven’t gifted with an hour or so. The group members will tag you etc to ask if you are going to gift. Given a minimum of 24 hours, you forfeit your spot and you will be replaced. It is not fair for those being gifted to have to wait days when you are instructed to be “gift ready” upon entering your name on the document. Q: Who keeps up with all my spots? A: YOU DO! The admin are way too busy to keep up with your regifts etc. Please check the media tab in the group for the process on adding folders in Telegram. You can also create your own spreadsheet to keep track.
