Flex/Flash Builder Regex Parsing Coach/Developer

I have an existing air app that I would like to add the following features: Module 1: TEXT PARSER I need a text parser for 4 different chat transcript. Each transcript already has REGEXes developed for it. The regex isolates sections in the transcript into separate groupings. I already have a grid mockup in HTML for this. I will share after you sign the NDA. This is the core feature of this simple app. Parsing chat transcript. After parsing chat transcript, the groupings of the chat transcript is then placed in a sqlite table, where it can be analyzed and scored using simple mathematics by counting entries in the grid row and columns. The scoring is basically counting row entries, counting keywords used. The app is laid out in tabs. 1. Tab 1a: Parse interface for transcript 1 2. Tab 2a: Parse interface for transcript 2 3. Tab 3a: Parse interface for transcript 3 4. Tab 4a: Parse interface for transcript 4 The tabs above is almost similar in design, if you develop tab 1, then tab 2 to 4 is almost a copy of tab 1. Each tab will parse and pass data to its own sqlite table. The score or analysis for each transcript is also shown here in these tabs. But this is just a beautiful template of the scoring. I want an option to encode this to image. What is missing here is a background image changer to access from local folders. Background is also created from tiles of images. This is also missing feature. What is missing here is also a color picker to customize the color of the font and the containers on the HTML design. What is missing here is also a way to define width and height of the canvas for the graphic poster. This is simple to change. All the above will allow the user to customize the look. And when they are happy with how the graphic image looks then the ecode it to PNG and JPG. What is missing here is to ENCODE image to PNG and JPG. Module 3: One Click Update (Optional) I have seen air apps where it can be updated by user whenever new build is released by a developer. How can this be done for the app without needing to reinstall the app. And also, if we update the folder items where it contains image assets, how can user click a link to update this so that their app local installation will get this update? 3. Important Stuff: i. I own the source code to this project and all copyright ii. Code should be well commented iii. Be available for future updates and support (if needed) iv. This must be a original code and must not be a rip off of other people code and existing plugins v. Integration with a registration system where I can add my email list form so user can enter email address. vi. Creation of a BASIC and PRO version of the app (using my licensing server this is easy to do and I have the actionscript file for this. Sample app will demonstrate this.) PRO features have full access to all features. For BASIC version, some areas will be available for only 30 days and after that the buttons for PRO features will be disabled for them (buttons changed to disabled state). I also don't envision this project to be more than 120 USD as this is just to modify an existing project. And I have provided all libraries and documentation needed to help you do this work quickly.
