Project [Game] Fix / Reconfigure 2D PC Game [Korean Game: Redmoon Online]

A Year 2000 2D MMORPG Game named Redmoon Online. I have the server files that is working on SQL 2000. I would require some one be able to fix the server files to be able to work on the new server platform and client side able to work on win 7 OS and above. I also need the GM tools inside the attached file to work also. I would require the freelancer to be able to fix this problem. this is just 1/10 game projects i am awarding. This need to be fixed before i will raised more projects on this game. i have attached some server files related. Please note that this server files are not 100% completed . there are missing files but it still works on SQL2000.
