I am an insurance broker in the USA and I specialize in commercial insurance for building contractors and artisan contractors. Therefore, I can target very specific types of contractors with advertisements. The goal is to get them to click on the targeted ad and go to my landing page or call my company directly for an insurance quote I want the ability to create social media ads on Facebook and Google targeting customers that have not visited my website but the ad would work similar to re-targeting ad. You will be given lists of potential customers includes everything, you will somehow look them up and re-target the prospects even though they have not come to my website. There may require some sort of software or service to perform this monthly. Effectively these are retargeting ads with the exception that the prospect has not visited my website. I will provide contact list of 50,000 to $100,000 prospects per month, that I want to have targeted on facebook, Google and other social media platforms. List will include the following information: first name, last name, address, phone number, email address. The freelancer is to perform the following services each month: 1) Create social media ad linking to my landing pages and phone number 2) Look up and provide targeting to prospects that are similar to retargeting though the prospect has not visited my site or landing pages Please provide samples of social media or retargeting advertisement you have created. For these services I will pay a monthly fee of $250 to start.
