Resolve smtp error issue - codes are in cake php - emails not working - we use cpanel/whm - godaddy email acount - AWS server

I am looking for a freelancer who can help resolve an SMTP error in our Cake PHP project. The specific error message we are receiving is" We do not authorize the use of this system to transport unsolicited, 220 and/or bulk e-mail." Hosting Platform: We are using Godaddy as our hosting platform. we are using WHM for cpanels and AWS server. Pls note: project has to be done by using anydesk access (credentials unfortunately cannot be shared). also I will award the project and transfer the money to freelancer and but release of entire payment will be done only after email / smtp starts working and issue is resolved Development Language: Our project is developed using Cake PHP. Skills and Experience Required: - Strong knowledge and experience in Cake PHP - Experience with troubleshooting and resolving SMTP errors - Familiarity with Godaddy hosting platform and CPanel/WHM - Ability to work with AWS server If you have the necessary skills and experience, please bid on this project.
