Backlinks from high PA/DA websites

Looking for someone to create 500 high quality relevant backlinks for my accounting and finance business. It has to be done manually, and I am not looking for a monthly service. This a one-time thing. Please send me your price to do this job for 30 days. In your bid do mention the best backlink that you can give me, that will help me understand the quality of your work. Guidelines/Few things to note: * PR5+ backlinks or higher RELEVANT one way non-reciprocal dofollow links * Links must be built manually over 30 days. (Maximum 20 links to be created per day) * Links MUST NOT be made using automated software or any other illegal linking methods. Blackhat or Grey hat methods will not be accepted nor paid for. I have the right to reject URLs that do not comply to the guidelines * WHITE HAT ONLY - Absolutely NO black hat or Gray hat tactics * Only backlinks from relevant ENGLISH language websites * Links must be strictly from: Google PR5+ pages (PR of the actual page where the link is placed). * NO Subdomains * All linking websites domain must be at least 3 Years old. * All links must be permanent ONE WAY non-reciprocal links from relevant websites. (NO Rented links). * No more than 20 other external links on same page where the link occurs. * Each link must be on separate domain (with unique IP address). * Each link must be on different C-class IP block. * Page should not be excluded by robots.txt. * Linked SITES must be search engine friendly, established and fully active. * All links must be in text, no graphics. * Link page must be search engine friendly, visible, readable and indexable. * Links must be static HTML links. No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links, cloaking and other practices. * After completion of project you must provide a spreadsheet with all the 500 links and the Google PR for each.
