Australian based only - SEO freelance optimiser

I run a business called Zero Waste Co - [login to view URL] and have previously been working with SEO agencies that are completely hit and miss. The last company Move Ahead Media have almost cost me my business and nearly sent us broke due to their mishandling of our ad campaigns. I took back control of our campaigns and have been able to restore some form of revenue in the last couple of weeks, but there is so much I know about Google Ads, etc and realistically only so much I want to know! :) What we are looking for is someone to look at the campaigns, merchant centre, analytics, Google business page and tag manager and get them working all the way they are supposed to and start driving leads and sales to our website. We currently focus on Australia and New Zealand and are looking to increase our brand awareness (Zero Waste Co and Zero Pack) locally at first and then to the US and EU markets. Stage 1: Take a look at the Google ad campaigns and provide a break-down and plan of what needs to and can be done in order to increase sales. It doesn't have to be completely detailed, but needs to be a decisive, actionable plan with timescales and using something along the lines of S.M.A.R.T. Stage 2: Implementation of action plan for Google ad campaigns. Stage 3: Ongoing improvement on campaigns - including maintaining of merchant centre, analytics, tag manager, etc. Stage 4: SMM - We are already running a Facebook shop, campaigns and Instagram shopping. Using SMM we are looking to increase sales and leads, but also to focus on brand awareness primarily for our Zero Pack ([login to view URL]) range and then expanding on to focus on brand awareness for our Zero Waste Co branded products. Stage 5: Target US and European markets with our brand. Due to our previous issues with SEO management we are looking for someone that is reliable and can actually do what they say they can.
