Hi I would like to create a Video Based website. The videos are to be uploaded only by the administrator and users will have the capability to view videos. I am looking for something very very similar to this website -> [login to view URL] However I don't want the pro/payment section, hence all material will be free and available to all users. All content is to be produced by me. Hence all you have to do is to design the site. Preferably the site should be designed using CMS such as Joomla. But I am willing to consider other options. Can you please give me a quote of how much it would cost to build such a site and the time frame. I would also want to retain all rights to the code and design. I will provide full spec details once bid is agreed. As mentioned above the design will be very similar to the above site. Thanks.
