UNIQUE Custom Joomla Template (Wedding Banquet Hall)

Hello I am looking to have a custom Joomla template created. It is for a wedding / banquet hall website I am designing. The website can have Flash and HTML mixture but should have the flash kept to a minimum where possible to be sure the site can be properly indexed by search engines. In other words I do not want an ALL FLASH website. I am looking for something new, something that does not already exist, something creative that will keep website visitors on the site and not wanting to leave. I would like a few ideas to play with instead of only one, so that we can mutually be involved in the creation of this template. It is imperative that the template be SEO as that is the main reason for having you make the template and not me! SEO is of UTMOST IMPORTANCE. Main criteria is: 1) The site / template must be EASILY read by search engines such that indexing can take place this is of utmost importance. 2) The site should be “pretty” as it appalls mostly to female customers and this should be kept in mind during design. 3) The template should be competitive / BETTER than the following websites: a.
