Wordpress Plugin Wanted

I'm looking for someone to create a really easy to set-up wp plugin that will make this happen: From The User Point Of View: 1. Person comed to my wordpress site and sees the 'enter your email address here'. They enter their email address. 2. On the next page, the visitor sees an offer to share the web page with 3 friends using their own unique url, they will be automatically sent a link to a bonus download/page or whatever. The Plugin Must: 1. Work perfectly with all of the major autoresponders (Aweber, Getresponse, 1shoppingcart, Infusionsoft, Mailchimp). 2. Automatically create the unique tracking URL for each person who opts in 3. Track the number of people who opt in (they only count if they give their name and email address, NOT just click) through that unique URL. 4. Automatically send a customizable email to the person who's link the 3 people opted-in through. 5. Have a shortcode which allows this unique URL to be inserted in to any wordpress page.
