With over a decade of experience in telemarketing I stated working as a freelancer .I bring a diverse skill set to the table, including expertise in lead generation, appointment setting, product/service promotion, upselling, technical support, customer service, research, data entry, and more.
Customer service, sales, retentions were the major operations I was primarily involved with during my working career. Westpac, NAB, Optus, Telstra,AT&T, Energy Australia, Vodafone and AGL which are the names of leading banking, telecom and energy companies based in Australia, were few of the many processes I worked for.
I am up-to-date with the current technologies, like desktop sharing (teamviewer, citrix, gotomeeting), CRM/project management tools (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.), cloud services and VoIP (we have used ringcentral, vicidial and other dialers)..I am a UK resident working from my registered contact centre in India.
