Inside Sales Agent
The Inside sales agent is an integral part of the real estate team model. The Inside sales agent is often the first point of contact that a prospective real estate buyer or seller comes in contact with, when making a decision to complete a real estate transaction. Utilizing primarily the telephone, the Inside Sales Agent is required to professional qualify sales opportunities on the behalf of Buyer and Seller Agent, cultivating the relationship into a listing or buying appointment to be conducted by the appropriate agent team member.
Responsibilities:
• Assertively meet and exceed sales goals
• Prospect outbound for clients daily from a variety of lead sources.
o For sales buy owner, Expired listings and Cancelled listings.
• Responds to inbound leads from
o Internet, sign calls, IVR ect.
• Schedules appointment for listing and buyer agents
• Conducts lead follow up and nurture leads until appointment set
• Conducts live internet chat sessions to qualify for buyer or listing appointments
• Manages multiple user databases, including data input
• Utilizes 3 single line and multi-line dialers to complete as many as 50 to 150 phone calls per day
• Utilize call outlines, superior questioning and listening skills
• Learn, utilize and perfect a system sales process
• Effectively deal with stress
• Refuse to get emotionally involved
• Be a master problem solver

Qualifications:
• 1-3 year of previous, verifiable outbound inside sales, or customer service experience
• 1-3 years of database/CRM management
• 1-3 years verifiable use of Auto dialer programs
• A High School Diploma AA degree preferred
• Responsive to change
• Good communication habits/ability to listen and ask questions
• Good written communications
