Work with initiative , independently , take the ownership for success of the campaign. This is an independent self driven assignment and need customer complete handling on behalf of the company. You are well experienced in outbound calling and hence understand the common challenges to connect with the decision makers and are willing to overcome objections and you should not be an excuse giver. Discuss with them business growth by addition of new products or need for alternate vendors and understand various business challenge of their business growth. Ability to hold the conversation and get in an engagement and get the vital information to know the present status. Discuss with them possibility of investment oriented partnerships with the manufacturing companies. Filter out the companies if they are interested in diversification or addition of alternate vendors for existing product lines. Discuss the time frame or the urgency of the new or alternate product lines for their business. Ask them to email the requirement and the business objectives and their terms and conditions. Follow up with them till they send the email requirement or whats app on mobile number or set up a time for a detailed phone discussion. Note down the call discussion & the business growth challenges faced by them by engaging in a conversation and create more opportunities to support them in sales & marketing function. Total number of target companies : 300 (List of target companies shall be provided) Objective to reach the maximum number of decision makers and validate the services offered by us and the need for them and how value can be created by us. Ability to engage with the decision makers and need analysis. Number of attempts to reach & contact the decision maker should be 5. Send information by email/whats app in case of an objection raised by a customer. Region : MSME (Medium, small and micro enterprises)In Aurangabad/Kolhapur/Nashik. Time Frame : 4 -6 weeks We are looking for weekly results over a period of 45 days time and not to rush and complete the assignment in a week as number of companies are less. Submit detail report regularly call wise to make process improvements and approach to reach them. Language : Primary in English , support with Hindi or Marathi if any language barriers come in. An effective Script for call handling shall be provided and we are open for amendments in it based on your experience of cold calling. Interested candidates shall provide the sample call recording of an outbound cold call to understand the quality of diction and skills. Project to start from 4th November 2022.
