Feasibility Study / Analysis

We are looking to prepare a convincing study why one remote African country should give up an under-served region and declare it an independent state for the benefit of the new state as well as the mother country. The new state will be an international business hub that will shine as an examplar in Africa. The study should highlight with numbers how the new country will excel and how beneficial its existence will be to the mother country in terms of extended investments, new job opportunities, health and education. The study is for the use of government executives and not an academic one. So, it should suggest practical approaches rather than theory. More information will be given to the successful candidate. The study should have two versions: - A summary for the senior executives. - A detailed version for the rest.
