Kitchen is in gastronomic execution (stainless steel and white tiled). Treatment room also tiled. Kitchen, cooling chamber and treatment room should be located together. I would do the 3D modeling and visualizations in Autodesk Revit and I would provide you with all documentation in Autocad version 2018 or earlier depending on your file requirements.
