I WILL IN APPROX. ONE WEEK RECEIVE BOTH A FLOORPLAN AND EVELAVTIONS OF A RESIDENTIAL HOUSE PREPARED BY A DRAFTSMAN USING PENCIL/HAND. I WISH TO CONVERT THIS INTO A 3D RENDERED VERSION. THE HOUSE IS APPROXIMATELY 350 M2 PLUS 55M2 GARAGE. THE AIM IS TO BE ABLE TO BETTER VISUALIZE HOW THE HOUSE WILL LOOK WHEN BUILT, INCLUDING POTENTIAL COLOUR SCHEMES, SUN ORIENTATION ON LAND, ELEVATIONS ETC. INTIALLY THE BRIEF IS TO TAKE THE HAND DRAWN DOCUMENTS AND USE AUTOCAD OR EQUIVALENT SOFTWARE TO AUTONATE AND CREATE THE 3D ANIMATION FOR EXTERNAL APPEARANCES, BUT IF POSSIBLLE ALSO CREATE A 3D INTERNAL INTERAL REPRESENTATION OF THE HOUSE. WHILST I AM THE OWNER OF THE HOUSE, THE DRAFTSMAN WHO DOES NOT USE AUTOCAD IS INTERESTED IN BUILDING A LONGER TERM RELATIONSHIP WITH AN INDIVIDUAL WHO HAS THE SKILLS LISTED ABOVE. YOU SHOULD INCLUDE IN YOUR PROPOSAL EXAMPLES OF SIMILAR WORK YOU HAVE COMPLETED. PLEASE DESCRIBE ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION YOU REQUIRE TO QUOTE AND TIMEFRAME TO COMPLETE.
