Hello!
We search for someone who is very experienced in creating a whatsapp chatbot with multiple flows (later we will add telegram as well)
The Chatbot is also going to manage multiple databases while talking to the customers.
Databases
- Customer Database
- Product Database
- Maybe some more
Main requirements
- needs to follow a sophisticated flow (we will continuesly work on it)
- needs to maintain (read, write, update) a database based on automated conversation input by chatpartner
- needs to provide a chatpanel (if messagebird is possible, it would be great. Otherwise it should have similar functions like messagebird chatpanel)
If you have any questions, please let me know. this is not a job for only one time. You have to MAINTAIN the bot and we plan to add more and more automations all the time together with you, so we can sharpen and perfectionize the bot!!!
