Python Script or any programming language

Greetings, I have a huge number of json files, these files contains information about candidates, I would like a python script to read the json files and extract some meta data and cross check these data with a local folder contains subfolders with the same meta data, and copy each file inside these subfolders to a new folder and name the new folder from a certain field inside the Json file. Example : json file contains (first name and last name of the candidate, the script create a folder with the first and last name, then the script continue reading the json file till he finds the attachment Field and read the location of the file, stores the location and search a local folder locate the subfolder with the same location name and open it save the inside file to the previous created file and so on till he finished all the meta data about the attachment Field inside the Json file, then moves to the next json file and carry the same above. Once you read the json file, there are many fields, I want a script to read it extract the data in the fields (first name, last name) and create a local folder with the (first name, [space], last name), then open the created folder and continue reading the json file, extract the data in the (docs) field there will be multiple sub fields with each of these fields there is a location data example ["/api/v1/docs/dd224a0e1d874a9baff8ff572c8e476e/get_file/"], I need the script to extract the [dd224a0e1d874a9baff8ff572c8e476e] and search a local folder in my pc with a multiple sub-folders for the exact match of this pattern and then open the sub-folder and copy whats inside it to the previous created folder and so on, final stage will be to convert the json file to pdf and copy it to the previously created folder. The script needs to do it in loop for all json files.
