To create the real-time eye tracker for Raspberry Pi with output on two LCD displays, we'll begin by setting up the hardware, including a Raspberry Pi 4, webcam, and two LCD displays. The system will also incorporate a light sensor for controlling pupil size dynamically. Using computer vision tools like OpenCV, we'll develop an eye-tracking algorithm to detect and track the user's eyes in real-time from the webcam feed. A Python script will be crafted to generate and move an eye drawing on the LCD displays based on the eye-tracking data, offering a responsive and interactive experience. The light sensor data will be integrated to adjust the size of the pupil in the drawing, simulating a lifelike response to changes in lighting conditions. Additionally, a user-friendly interface on one of the LCD displays will provide control and display information. Rigorous testing and calibration will ensure precise eye tracking and comprehensive documentation will be provided for system operation and maintenance.
