I am a programmer myself, but rarely do web stuff - so I looked at the source, and saw a bunch of randomly generated strings around the download code (rather than just a straight URL I could poll daily), so that's as far as I got :)
This code needs to run on Linux, synchronously, command line as part of a batch process.
