Hi I have been working as a project manager for over 16 years and that brings a lot of experience. Project members were worldwide with dedicated teams for infrastructure and development mainly in India. Within the project I was responsible for the resources, they could be in-house or external (3rd party) and often had to interview candidates based. Now I am working as a freelancer and hire people through freelancer to do especially development work but this can also be design, analysts, engineers and the business for UAT.
