Proofread and correct errors in MS Word document created using OCR software

I created a MS Word document (attached) from photos of a book index (attached) using OCR software. I then laid the content out in a table.
I would like to hire a freelancer to proofread the new document against the original images and correct all errors. I would like the new document to be identical to the original document except for the following:
1. I want the new document to be in table format;
2. I do not need the new document to follow the original page layout.
