Automated Remote Control Private Squid Proxy Server

Proxy Server maker/distributor/script/remote. I am starting a new proxy company for limited sneaker releases and will be setting up proxy servers with hundreds of IPs each. I need a software that will login to my provider website ([login to view URL]) and setup one of these servers and configure the entire thing automatically. You should be able to deploy the server within 10 minutes and it should take 1-2 seconds to configure each IP in the network config(using a CentOS7 image) and Squid3 for the proxy provider. There will need to be an option to login to account, set user:pass auth details before hand and select the amount of proxies (IPs) you would like to have configured. The speed must meet our demands (eg. 100 proxies/IPs configured with user:pass auth in less than 200 seconds). Once a task is complete, a page should then show the list of active proxies/IPs and will enable you to assign names and other things to them and edit security settings. Also, this must work for hourly sites such as Digital Ocean and Vultr. There will need to be a setting in which you can login, specify the type of server and how many you would like to deploy and then, like with the monthly ones, allow you to add 10-50 additional IPs. The time must also be the same. The final screen should orgabize the active proxies by website. For hourly, you should be able to set a timer until the servers re destroyed, such as 24 hours. The time remaining sgould be shown on the final screen with the active proxies and you should be able to assign names and tags to each proxy and put them into groups based on customers.
