I require a special type of diary app for android and iphone. Users register with double opt in to become members. Users can enter a text directly or by using an individual email address. They can view their entries in daily, weekly or monthly view. User can make their entry private, viewable to another registered member, to all members or to the public. They can change this option back and forth . I can send out different push notifications from a prepared list. I can set the sending time or set it to send at random. I can set automatic push notification, if there is no new entry from a specific member after a set of hours. I can vary the time to max. 100 hrs. The app includes an area that is visible to everyone, where I can post html pages. The app can be hosted on my regular provider, but suggestions for hosts that the freelancer is familiar with and is competitive in price, is welcome.
