work flow automation software for business we have 4 process 1) the customer support team : take the order, once they get the order, the will generate a sales order 2) This sale order should be shown in the Stores screen , so that the store can remove the goods and keep ready for the dispatch 3) Once the Goods are ready, the same has to be transferred to LOGISTIC division, the Logistics screen will have details of how many dispatch needs to be made and urgency of the same 4) When the Goods are taken by delivery team, his tablet should have a application where what is needed to be dispacthed should be shown and once he delivery he should take a digital signature and also send picture of Inward on the Invoice 5) Some report like, goods pending from stores, DC pending to Dispatch , delivery team reports etc all need to be made
