Update online store written in PERL, PHP, HTML, CSS

I am seeking a PERL developer to give a facelift to our current ecommerce website and make it mobile friendly. The site is old and needs to be updated but we will keep all the backend and will only want to update the look and feel of the site template and give it a mobile friendly layout as well. The site is developed with perl, mysql db so you will need to have extensive background in this code language. It is a custom built site and not any open source CMS framework. It has a custom built cms. I We will create the new design template and then have you convert it or we can collaborate on how it's converted to the html/css for integration. I will set the realistic budget and share all details once I can discuss the project further.
