Talent pool & Wavo contests - open to bidding

Hello Internet, I would need your service on a project i want to succeed. I would need a windows application that let me interact with those websites : [login to view URL] [login to view URL] What it should do is about four major tasks : For spinnin talent pool : -Sign in into one account and be able to mass commenting on other musics. -Create mass accounts and use them to vote for the track i want. (So fake votes) For Wavo : -Follow and unfollow users ( with time delay and so log in function ) -Create mass accounts and use them to vote for the track i want. (So fake votes) If you are familiar and know the application SoundCloud Manager from RouteJazz, i would partially want the same but for wavo and spinnin talent pool. So basically for the first task : Sign In / search tracks by genre / popularity or whatever to find tracks / set comments / comment on the found tracks. For the second task : Mass account creator. There is a facebook sign up or email sign up, note that for email sign up you can t vote if you have not verified the email on their system. But I Know many services on internet offer votes for those contests, so you may know the trick. (I don t know it) So it could also work for Wavo contests and I want it implemented inside the app. Then use created accounts to vote for a selected track, with a time delay option that can be random, for exemple (between 42secs - 80secs one vote is auctioned) ect.. So Finally i want an application able to cheat on two major platform for music contests, Spinnin talent pool and Wavo.
