WP Speed Optimization and Migration

Basically i can work on stating server to optimize it using caching, db and web optimization performance tuning. I have performed several server optimization projects before. From GTmetrix report it is obvious that we first need to enable caching for whole server and optimize images and then should combine css/js files to minimize them. Additionally we may use a CDN network (like cloudflare) to enable first line caching as its very effective. Actually i do not have time limits to work with you, till you are 100% satisfied with the performance i can continue working with you and as you know my professionalism before i never quit till obtaining results. I am also a RedHat Certified Systems Administrator and can certainly help you. Simply relying on the wordpress configuration won't guarantee a fully optimized site. The major increase in speed will be upgrading to php7.2 since I see you are still using php5.6. Moreover, you are on Cloudflare where you could have use AWS' Cloudfront service and benefit from smaller latency. I would seriously recommend you switch from Cloudflare to AWS CDN since the server being used for delivering content appears as cloudflare and not your real origin. I have some questions Can you please indicate if you are using a plugin for caching like WP Fastest Cache ? What is the instance type on which your site is running ? What database are you using and is it running on the same server ? You can also take off some load from your server by serving static content from an s3 bucket.
