Today there is an integration between fresh desk and WHMCS, this is not good enough for us. ([login to view URL])
The customers shall be able to create tickets and handle them in WHMCS and the support agent shall work with the tickets in fresh desk and not logon to WHMCS ticket system.
If needed the ticketing system in WHMCS can be replaced by fresh desk ticketing system, can also be an iframe solution. The only demand shall be that the customers should not notice any difference in how to work with the system.
They should be presented with the same posting form and the same views as before.
All feedback and possible solution are appreciated.
