Remote Support (teamviewer) with 2FA (duo) and employee monitoring (activetrak) -- 2

We are a UK based company and provide remote assistance and cloud services to our clients. We require a modular suite of programs built into a platform for us to be used by clients. Clients employees work on thin clients and connect to Terminal Services Environment. We are looking to build and develop the suite with one developer, so the programming language used, must allow the support and integration of the other modules A global admin area is required where modules can be activated and deactivated depending on installation location, eg thin client, terminal server. All admin modules to be cloud based and/or run on clients terminal servers where appropriate *Monitoring* - Phase 1 We need to be able to monitor users activity when working in the terminal services environment, as well as on individual machines:- Logon Logoff failed logon attempts Disconnects Time Idle Keystrokes + time between (to verify if people are pressing keys to fool idle timer) Mouse Movements + time between (to verify if people are moving mouse to fool idle timer) Screenshots + frequency show livedesktop screen(s) + option to record @ h265 Programs used (with time in foreground) Documents used Websites Visited (with time in foreground) Admin Login User Login (for employee manager to see reports of their company employees) Scheduled Reports of user activity (eMail + Web) *Remote Support* - Phase 2 As clients will work from thin clients we require the following:- run through reboots not blacklisted by anti-virus programs run automatically in safe mode with networking allow technician to perform actions with elevated permissions send / receive files connect to the remote computer/terminal the employee is using connect to the session they are connected to (terminal services) Automatically connect to our authentication server (no need for ID's and passwords or open ports) Administration area -View client computers with name and user logged in (by client organisation) (grouping ability) -show online/offline (ready to connect) -able to edit name -view client sessions (on terminal server) (by client organisation) *2FA* - Phase 3 We require 2FA functionality similar to Duo to secure and monitor computer and employee logins. This must work with the following:- Ios Android windows 10 windows Server 2016, 2019 windows Server Remote Desktop Services 2016, 2019 push notifications to users phone reporting (eMail + Web) logon failed logins admin area client area initial signup validation by SMS + automatically intercept incoming sms text blacklist IP's + ranges application logging on mobile Costings to be discussed on individual module basis.
