Popup/Popunder with Auto Click on Link

We are requiring a not-too-complex script that will serve out popup/popunders to traffic for whomever publishes the script to their website. The script parameters of which webmasters would use should be identical to: The 'type' parameter would reflect if the traffic should be popup or popunder. We can either initially scrape a link from the page and direct the popup/popunder to it.. OR Load the page in the popup and simulate a click on the first link within the page (The link we would want to click on has anchors we could tell the script to search for so it clicks on the right link). Either way, we would need a concept similar to the above that would be quick and smooth. The popup must bypass adblock filtering and have support for all browsers. Each visitor that gets a popup must be inserted a cookie. The popup would only get served to the same visitor no more than 3 times. (This number must be easy to manage).
