PHP: write a simple CSV to file script

I need a simple PHP written which, given a csv file, will parse it and generate multiple local text files based on its content REQUIREMENTS -Output files should be Unicode UTF8 -It should handle all basic CSV rules, in particular those about double quotes, double quote escaping and line breaks [login to view URL] -It should name the text files based on a field inside the csv document itself -Similarly, the csv document will contain a "file type" field, which the script should recognize in order to generate a specific type of file, clearly configurable in a specific area of the script (target folder, file extension, content array configurable through CSV label names) -The script should be ideally self-contained or use as few external files as possible
