Hi, I have read details. I understand that you have an existing PHP based system which needs to be updated. You want to make it compatible with latest PHP. Please note that for this update, I am unsure how many changes will be required. At times, everything works perfectly without too much trouble. But I have recently worked on a similar job and it took me more time than I had anticipated. As for the other changes, I think the date format change, address adjustment, invoice # format change and image display on both pdf and html may not be very tricky. As for the responsiveness is concerned, I think this point is somewhat like point 1. I have not seen your system, and I am not sure about its current state. But from your text, it appears to be an optional point. I will be happy to discuss this further. Tx.
